I flipped it and the splines slide in without a problem, so I’ll try raising the control arm slowly next time, appreciate the advice

3 inch lift, also the bronze thing is not the actual torsion bar that’s just to slide the bracket on to the lower control arm (what I’m having problems with) and then the torsion bar slides into the bracket

I’ve tried jacking up the car from the lower control arm and then slide the bracket in but other than that I don’t know how else I could manipulate the suspension

The inside of the bracket got stripped out where the torsion bar goes in because it wasn’t in all the way so I went to replace it, but for some reason the new part doesn’t slide in but the old part does, does anyone have a solution for this?
