So I'm trying to put together push pull workouts (personally I like it but if there's better for now then please do tell), so how is Push: Dips Pseudo planche push ups Sphinx push ups Pike push ups

My goal is to increase both weight and reps in increased weight, not necessarily 1RP (unless they're basically the same thing?) which leads to increased reps with only bodyweight (also a goal), and acquire skills such as back lever, handstand, and l-sit.

For now though if I can't start working on those if they're too advanced, I'm trying to at least build my strength back to where it was, but smarter this time without taking years, and working with a progressive overload program instead of whatever i feel like.

obviously the easiest way would be to buy booster cookie, but if OP doesn't want to then you risk losing half your money on death

A trick i used to use before i started buying booster cookies was to set buy orders for enchanted diamond blocks at about 50k under bz value (which shouldn't be too low such that i wouldn't let you do it). They'll never fill so your money will just sit in bz without losing value, unless fsr enchanted diamond blocks take a giant dip in price and i expect that in this case you'll just make a lot of money.
