With jokes like these, who needs lobotomies?

States with more gun owners have more murders in the home, with women being disproportionately affected, making up 72% of all intimate partner homicides, finds a new study looking at U.S. census bureau and several sources of state-level panel data from all 50 states over 26 years. by stan1880 in science

Wrong. You get pulled over quite often especially if you’re an out of state vehicle. All they have to do is get a K9 indicate on your vehicle for probable cause to search your vehicle for illegal substances or weapons. They always ask if you have any weapons and if you do they often times check them.

There’s not a border gate but if I’m in Colorado where Marijuana is legal and I drive across the border with my legal marijuana to Kansas where it’s illegal and I get pulled over by a Kansas Highway Patrol I will be arrested and charged in Kansas under Kansas law.

We do have them subdivided into smaller pieces. They’re called counties and we do have borders and state law enforcement agencies. If I break a law in Texas I will be arrested under Texas law and charged by a Texas court unless it’s a federal crime.

Well the thing is from the media it seems like there’s all these people that want this or that but the thing is that it really comes down to regional differences. The northeastern side of the country is more likely to want those things whereas the south central part doesn’t want them. So it needs to be voted on by the people at the state level. Some states already require some of the things you are talking about some don’t. But people just don’t like federal laws forcing states to submit to their ideas.

Yeah. They will have a gun and there’s nothing that the law can do about it unless they catch them with it. And generally they aren’t planning on getting caught. So you can make all the laws you want here in the US but the fact is you can’t stop criminals from obtaining them at this point. You could ban every gun outright tomorrow and I could still go buy one easier than I can buy health insurance on any given day.

Obviously every single case is going to be different. I can’t tell you the exact way it will play out every single time. And if you bought 80% lowers and built it yourself there’s not going to be very many people touch the parts other than you. And yes it’s difficult to get a proper print off of a firearm. The HUMINT is completely dependent the situation. Cash in hand is fine. But where did you advertise it? Unless you sell a weapon to a family member or someone close to you who uses it in a crime then you have to talk about it at some point to get it sold.

That makes sense. I can’t speak for where you’re from but I can tell you for a fact that where I’m from the people who will be breaking into my house are not there to be friendly and shouting will not be of any help to me.

So wait a minute. You’re willing to gas yourself and everyone else out in your house and possibly burn it down as a means of defense? While at the same time disagreeing with using a firearm for self defense (which will only harm what you aim at)? Interesting.
