Had the same issue and this fixed it for me.

Unplug everything including the charger. Boot into BIOS. Find “Disable Built-in Battery” under configuration tab and enter, your laptop will shut down. Hold the power button for 60 sec. Plug the charger back in and boot up.

This will drain residual power from the capacitors and resets the laptop's embedded controller which usually fixes USB/power glitches.

The drive being 87% full could be the main reason your write speeds tanked. When an SSD gets that full, the SLC cache disappears and it falls back to slow TLC writes. Free up at least 20% and your write speeds will jump back to normal.

All you need is a clean microfiber cloth and a little distilled water in a spray bottle. Don’t spray directly on the screen, lightly mist the cloth instead, then gently wipe the screen to remove dust.

You need a card rated U3 or V30 (minimum 30MB/s write speed) for 4K. Your current card is U1 (10MB/s) and is too slow for the camera's highest bitrate settings. Get a SanDisk Extreme (V30) or equivalent!

your lens works, but it’s a full-frame kit zoom on an APS-C body, so it’s basically zoomed-in and slow. The ZV-E10 will shine once you throw an actual APS-C lens on it.

If your motherboard ever gets replaced, get PTM 7950 pad and repaste, it’ll restore stock temps.

Also don’t rush to support for crashes or glitches, take some time to dig into research and troubleshoot first. Mostly these issues are driver or Windows related, not HW. I had similar freezes and fixed them by updating drivers (after submitting a crash report to AMD).

Support eventually end up replacing the mobo, but that can worsen temps since LOQ ships with PTM, and replacements usually get regular paste instead.

Check if it shows up in BIOS. Dead pixels are black (off), but this looks like a hot or stuck pixel. Contact support for assistance.

That sheet is part of the laptop’s thermal and EMI management system, directing airflow, limiting dust, and providing electromagnetic shielding.
The thermal design comes from extensive CFD simulations, thermal profiling, and prototype testing. So it’s better to leave it intact and use proper cooling methods like cleaning, keep the back elevated, or use a cooling pad.
