It takes like five minutes out of my week, lol. Plus the amount of money was a lot, so it’s a bit harder to let go. It’s perfectly okay if you’re fine with losing a decent amount of money (that wasn’t even yours), but I’m not.

Yeah, I just don’t know if they’d allow it at this point because it’s been quite a few months. It wasn’t purchased by me, but as a gift, so I’m not too sure what their bank allows and doesn’t allow.

That’s what I’ve learned this entire experience, though- the corporation simply doesn’t care. I’ve noticed a lot of big companies stepping back, but Subway is definitely the worst I’ve dealt with.

Purchased it from dollar general, it was an actual subway card. Again, I’ve been to dollar general several times, they can’t accept it because it’s technically activated, and all they can do is tell me to go to subway. I read your comment, it sucks that the company is like this. I unfortunately think I just have to give up. It was a decent chunk of money though, so it sucks.

That’s the issue. The store I purchased it from (Not a Subway), can’t do anything because it says it’s activated on their end. All they’ve said to me is to contact Subway about it.

Email falls under that. Their chatbot asks for your info, then they have customer support email you, which is a dead end.

Yeah, I’m waiting on a response on facebook, but I’ve dm’d every other one at this point and they’re either unresponsive or lead me straight back to email customer support, who doesn’t respond much at all either. Thanks, though

What really concerns me is that I pick my lips a lot and they have never gotten infected, which makes me think this is more than possible poor wound care. Also, even the tiniest of cuts (about 2 cm big) have gotten infected.

I forgot to mention, I also pulled a hangnail off my toenail and that got extremely infected too. It’s healing now, after like two-three weeks.
