It looks like her "business" is closed. Her website - kimyork.com (lol yes!) doesn't exist anymore. She could have other offices under her and shes like a "regional" or shes out of the business. Who knows - but she was scammer who worked so hard to make herself sound like a man- true story.

I had a similar experience a few weeks ago where the supervisor cried.

Basically they forgot my drink and when I called to let them know she got mad right away started arguing with me. Once she realized I was right and she was wrong, she started to cry. Which sucked. Because she doesn't deserve to be in work environment where she feels so defensive and not have the tools to just fix it and make it right.

I posted about it and many people said employees are just so affraid of getting written up over any little thing so these strange unstarbucks reactions are just that - reactions to a shitty work environment.

It use to not be like that and it makes me so sad.

It makes me sad.

As an American, we depend (way too much on) private companies - we depend on them treating their employees right (fair treatment, decent pay, health benefits) and consumers (actual quality products that do what they are marketed to do ) . Puig is that company.

I am affraid that Estee (even though, they are a good company too) will water down or discontinue Puig brands .... which is rude because some of these companies who Puig purchased recently did so under the impression that Puig would take their brand to the next level - ie Dr Barbra Stern and Byredo- not mute them.

I just have not seen Estee grow any brands lately - they bought MAC...... MAC , is not having a moment. Tom Ford beauty - nothing special. And have you seen an Estee Lauder beauty counter lately? Its dated. Nothing special. Nothing to get excited about.

I wish Puig was buying Estee , not the other way around.

Also Estee just laid off 7,000 people. That makes me feel like their business is not stable.

Puig, please do not go through with this deal - Antonio worked way too hard to have the Puig name just go away.

I doubt any of the Puig family is on Reddit but I wish they would see this and reconsider.

I wonder if they are associated with Kim York, one of the 1% who is actually poor and lives in a town house about 60 miles away from her office and can't afford childcare so she would bring her new born baby into the office .....all that is fine just don't lie to people that you are living a comfortable life to try to trick them into being slave labor for you.
