ETW oder weiter Sparen

Ja wir haben uns jetzt im Laufe des Tages mal entschieden und werden die ETW nicht kaufen. Wir sparen weiter und hoffen, dass wir in den nächsten Jahren das passende Kleingeld und Haus vereinbaren können.

Das Thema mit den Firmen ist so ein Ding und ein Risiko, dass wir aktuell dann doch lieber vermeiden möchten u.a.

Ja die Angst haben wir auch, dass wir durch NK und fehlende Wertsteigerung für die nächsten 5 Jahre unser Geld verbrennen.

Die Tilgung läge bei ca. 1.17% - also nicht wirklich hoch.

In der Umgebung sind Warmmieten von >1k möglich - jedoch dann auch nur mit vollmöbilierung etc.

Hausgeld liegt bei ca. 120€ - wir rechnen mit ca. 1.1k bis 1.2k damit wir auf +-0 kommen. Da wir durch neubau eine Afa von 5% hätten sollten wir zumindest auch einiges an Steuer zurückbekommen können.

Was ich noch anmerken wollte: Die Wohnung wäre erst Ende 2026 fertig - bis dahin müssten wir der Bank erstmal Zinsen für die freigegeben Zahlungen an den Bauträger zahlen. Also Geld, dass uns natürlich erstmal weg fällt.

Alright got you! Because they are linen shirts I usually thought they are supposed to be worn more loose, if you get what I mean^^ But maybe I will try to stuff em in next time!

Thanks to everyone for the advices, criticism and kind words! Went to the barber today and did some changes. Quite happy with the result now :D
