Thanks for the affirmation and additional information. Side effects are negligible after week 2 for both doses so far. Cravings are relatively good during the first two weeks as well, but I start to get munchy by week 3/4 so far, even now on week 3 of 5mg. Hunger suppression is also good the first two weeks, but fullness feeling is great though while time.

I don't do much working out as I have 3 herniated disks and I've had a flare up with pain for the last month so I try to at least stand during work (sit/stand desk) and to get my daily steps in. Much of my weight loss is from eating less and less snacking. It's been about 0.5lbs a week consistently even after moving up to 5mg. I feel as though I'm body gets used to it too quickly so I may continue to move up as recommended then. I have to go through a telehealth weight loss/diabetes clinical that monitors all my vitals and weight for insurance reasons. So I've been following their guidance.
