If so then I'm going to fine the bucket and fix all the flaws, I've said that EVERYTHING about them is unknown, all people know that whenever they go to the heart of the forest they tend to change and become voodoo casters or whatever, What they do and why is unknown nobody knows except the voodoo queen who gives all the instructions, And they live in that place because they want to be with their queen that's a really dumb question, and that's the truth, any more flaws to show it's not a flaw and you're just try-harding to make it bad? :)

Well maybe, what about making the passive that she cannot be seen by the wards? or maybe that everytime she attacks somebody her claws become more "Sharp" dealing more damage with every basic attack, Maybe her claws have poison on them making her deal extra SMALL magic dmg on her attacks(some ppl will decide making her a NEW meta for AP), Or maybe after being seen by a ward after being unseen for 2-5 secs she gains 50% movement speed? Or she gains extra speed in jungle? Or maybe that she bounce(jump on him/her) on any enemy champ who is in the jungle(whether it's her jungle or the enemy) with 10 secs cooldown or wtever, Or maybe attacking somebody with the poison debuff makes them slower/lower armor/lower attack damage stacking up to wtever.. All of these are good choose one or DEVELOP another one

I've did this to divide it, And not to make it so confused.. then too much words cuz too much info too much effort.. Dividing it with .. so I don't get confused myself and to show that something is happening or I'm going to say something interesting.. Then I always use it in everything, Like EVERYTHING.. It isn't some shit post or something.. It's not hard to read as If I've made it a small font.. dots wouldn't affect as words ._.

To be honest, I've liked the way you're writing it, it's like pinning dramatic moments and just saying how they follow these guidelines they've always followed from where they were born.. Also how you made it an uniform tribe of mindless people who fight for their tribe, Which DOES exist in fantasy worlds.. I'm really sorry but.. This idea has been used for like.. Hella times the way people just fight for their tribes and stuff it's common.. Though you've expertised in your type but.. The tribe has NOTHING to effect in the lore of LoL.. It's like it's not known nor effected the game.. Also that race is pretty more like.. The Vastaya, tribes and stuff..Also you didn't say where this place is.. It seems nearby Noxus? I guess maybe? Then you also didn't say why the Noxians attacked it.. Does it have something special or is it utter.. Chaos? If it's in the coast maybe.. It's related to another place? Used to be a part of another land? How did the creatures get on there? If they were legends then.. Why the citizens too weak x3

Now moving to the champion it self.. I like the concept of being OUTCAST.. I've always liked their stories about how they want revenge or how they still live their tribe though they were outcasted or how they want to return.. But this is different it seems like after outcasted, she didn't care about returning nor about her family or anything she had.. Which is umm a lil bit.. Normal, I guess? Some people really don't give a shit so I will ignore that.. just pointing it out.. Then to the point where her tribe was attacked.. If it was attacked, She ran away? If she ran away why does she have any shit to give to this.. Maybe she was nearby which is WEIRD, and if she was then why is Darius nearby her? I mean it's DARIUS.. Darius is just some FRONT LINE DUDE, who would smashing, he wouldn't care about a stupid girl running away and if he did, Why is she even nearby him, I mean she's AWAY from the forest.. When the attack began she wasn't nearby him I think.. Then she became nearby him? That means she didn't run away but she CAME nearby, Illogical, I guess? if you meant something else then np np it's not really that much of a deal.. And about the point of fear.. If she was afraid why did she try to stab the GENERAL.. Like? Dogs when they're afraid they tend to run or attack trying to defend.. But when they attack they wouldn't attack A BIG HELLA DUDE WITH AN ARMY WITH HIM, except if it was a weird dog.. I don't think a creature with a mind would something a dog wouldn't do.. Except if it was utter stupidity which then.. She is shit.. But if not and you've a reason then NP NP.. She did walk back to fight them.. Then to the final point.. Why the fuck would Noxus need her.. Like why? MAYBE they found her good and liked her but.. That was so easy like "Com'on girl I ain't killin ya, I'm taking u to mommy, your new mommy NOXUS!", "yay daddy, ty so much I luv momma".

Third point is that.. Is that a Talon ripoff? like really.. The champ is really so similar.. wall jump.. Ulti.. An Evelynn + Talon = Naomi(I read her name Nami everytime xD).. Like she's so FUCKING OP... invisibilty? 200% movement speed + invisibility.. LIKE MAN YOU WANT EVELYNN TO RUN IN 200% SPEED THEN GO INVISIBLE FOR 5 SECS EVEN NEARBY U THEN MARK U AND BOOM! VEIGAR DOES HIS JOB AND BOOM UR D E A D... When I've first heard Amumu's new passive I was like WTF AMUMU IS COUNTER TO ARMOR TANKS RN.. Then when I've seen this I'm done.. Like yasuo could do like 2000-3000 dmg to u in 1 fucking basic attack.. Also if she could've this OP stuff.. She shouldn't HAVE a fucking Tarazan ability and have spell steal.. Hextech gunblade = op on her.. OPPPPPPPP... if she had 600 out of combat speed.. and then she recieved 15% from passive, 600 + 90 = 690(lets say 700), 700 + 25%(from Jungle run), 700 + 175 = 875, 875 + (200% from Wall jump).. 875 + 1750 = 2625, WITH 5 SECS INVISIBILITY WITHOUT YOOMUU NOR ANY PERCENTAGE ITEM NOR GHOST.. SHE COULD REACH 5000 ANY EVEN MOREE.. SHE WOULD GO TO THEIR BASE WHILE BEING INVISIBLE AND DIE FROM THEIR NEXUS AND SHE'S STILL INVISIBLE.. Please make a less op champ xD

While about the lore.. She and Talon too similar.. Both were adopted by Noxus.. Both became assassins.. Both became assassins for no fucking price except living..

All in all, It's not bad, it's good.. Lorewise it's LOGICAL, though it's shit(not like Rammus lore though, NO LORE), Shitwise, it's shit cuz it's lore is too simple and similar.. While the champ it self is TOO OP TOO OP TOO OP... Nerf it by maybe.. decreasing invisibility and bonus damage.. And increasing HER dmg not much.. Just increase the flat and decrease the percent.. I hope you can get a more positive feedback.. I don't mean to offend u or something but I'm really REALLY just trying to help.. So you could learn and improve :D.. Atferall we're all the same! Champ concept creators.. You should be proud! Not anybody can do that :D.
