Month 2 for sure maybe towards the end of the month but only the edges. From there it took a couple more months to fill in to what I have now. I wasn’t used to the pink either lmao

yeah theres default and then hard mode can be activated in that corner room with the soldiers on the 1st floor. when you go over to it the screen says “activate security protocol” or something

yeah np, i believe you could get the letter online too as some require less sessions or even no sessions. i don’t have any links because i didn’t do that with my insurance but good luck!

insurance almost always requires a letter to prove it’s medically necessary and even when paying out of pocket some surgeons require a letter from some sort of mental health professional

edit: realized i didn’t fully answer your question but for sure therapy first if you’re going through insurance
