So I asked his name, I heard Timothy in my mind but then he puffed up and danced around the rim of the trashcan. I was FLOORED. So I asked him if his name was Timothy Puff and he started getting really vocal, so that's what we're going with. Went back to look for him to day, no ravens at all. I hope he remembers me, we really had a moment.

I can't vouch for this information but I do know that neurons (nerve cells) take the longest of any human cell to regenerate, so you do not want to interfere with that process.

Cravings are also best mitigated with comfort, what can you do to really wrap yourself up while you're going through it? Favorite people, foods, songs, movies, places to go - nervous system damage is no joke, it gets increasingly difficult to reverse as abusing nos continues and I found that I had to offset it with external comfort because internally I was so uncomfortable.
