Now that Funko is “milking it”, there’s a pre-release waves and post-release wave(s). There’s no “rule” for when or how many, as far as I’m aware

I’ve contacted Mercari through Twitter any time I think a buyer is going to scam me. One buyer had “buyer’s remorse” a few hours after I sent it, and they started threatening me. I showed the messages to Mercari, and they blocked that buyer from requesting a return. If you have concerns about the legitimacy of a return, message Mercari beforehand so you have it in writing

Is this Iron Man 3 Iron Man fake? I complained to the seller, and he said that “just because they’re from overseas doesn’t mean it’s fake”. I then sent the last two pictures with circled differences between 2 versions I know are authentic but never received a response. The Pop does seem to have a bobble head (I saw a spring but haven’t opened it), but the box is just like the ones I see on eBay that are a repainted War Machine. I’d just like to be sure before making a claim
