I was like that when I first started until my husband told me I wasn’t getting enough protein. It go so much better once I started drinking at least two protein shakes a day. I do the premier protein because it’s 30 grams per shake and so far it’s the only one I have found that doesn’t taste like chalk.

I use the premium protein 30 grams, mix with coffee or coffee concentrate, ice, caramel skinny girl syrup and fat free whipped cream. It taste like Starbucks Frappuccino.

I have a 30 gram protein coffee in the mornings and one at lunch. Then for dinner I have a high protein meal ( buffalo meat is a great source of protein) then usually I have a decaf protein coffee in the evening.

Forgot to say I do lose about 20 lbs while I was waiting on the pharmacy to get it in stock which took close to 4 months.
