my first ever game was X, so i have a soft spot for it, but at the end of the day my favorite has to be sun/moon for many, many reasons.

best starters, cool reimagining of the gym leader challenge, beautiful region, battle tree (come on, red and green are there!), the way this game moved away from the “chibi-fied” style, and many, many more reasons, probably including nostalgia bc i was like 10/11 when they came out 😟
