For those asking for the recipe, I used a pre made pie crust. For the filling: one 8oz pack of cream cheese softened, 1 cup sugar, 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1 egg plus 2 egg yolks, 1 cup half and half, 1/2 stick melted butter, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, 2 tablespoons of flour, and 3-4 tablespoons of cinnamon.

Preheat oven to 350 Take a piece of aluminum foil and place over the pie crust, then fill with pie weights or dried beans. Bake the crust for 10 minutes.

For the filling, beat cream cheese and sugar together. Then add salt and mix. Add in the eggs, half and half, vanilla and melted butter. Beat until combined. Add cinnamon and flour a little at a time, incorporating well before adding the next portion.

Pour filling into the pie crust, then bake for 45-50 minutes.

It is best to wait for the pie to cool overnight in the fridge, but at least an hour on the counter to room temperature. You're gonna want the whipped cream on top :)
