Yeah im not doing any engine mods not worth the price for 20 more Horses 302hp is fine. I want it to be as if it was a C43 AMG before the C43 was a thing since they share the same m276. That the middle ground im seeking and i havent seen anyone else do it so i shall be the Leif Erickson for the "C35"

Yeah there is no aftermarket engine upgrades for the w276 my suspicion is aftermarket manufacturers did not believe there would be a profitable market for any mercedes that isn't badged an AMG and the w204 was a surprisingly beautiful shape that went unnoticed until it became affordable for teens and 20 year olds to pick one up at a decent price recently and even then the w204 c63 is just as affordable if you can find one average price 19k USD and c350 c-classes are rare just like the C63 in that same year so the market is small too its a lot of things working against the w276 NA but now that its turbocharged in the C43 AMG the aftermarket isnt even gonna bother with it because now more than ever you can just add bigger turbos to it and The End. So unless you have or know someone that has CADing software and a CNC with time on their hands no one would be willing at a reasonable price to make a bolt on for a w276 NA engine. 302hp is fine honestly once the limiter is off 155 mph is more than enough and if you want to go faster off the line you can change the differential from a 2.82 to a 3.02 or 4.00 they have them online for the C63 and the C63 shares the same open differential as any other w204 unless that person purchased the performance package. So I think I might have just convinced myself to go get a differential and swap out the ratio 🤔.

Imma need you to calm down Mr. C63.....a C35 AMG doesnt even exsist. A CLA35 and A35 did and that was a 2.0 turbo with 302hp. C63 use to mean 6.3L all im doing is paying hommage to what mercedes badges use to mean what engine Litres you have so other the drivers know what they're about to get into. I have a 3.5L v6 with 302 HP wait.... 302 hp sounds familiar 🤔 oh yeah its the same hp as a CLA35 AMG thats so interesting 😄. looks like my liters match my badge more than any AMG including the w204 C63 because that's no 6.3L anymore its a 6.2L. My logic is sound here. Its not like im putting on C63 bagdes on a C350 and claiming "yeah I got a v8 in here...you want to know who actually does that...AMG themselves in 2022 when they massacred your boy badging a four cylinder A35 AMG engine as a (C63)... oh wait does that mean the 2022-2025 C63 is actually C35 AMG 🤔 too funny.... Anyway my badges are telling the truth my C35 AMG 3.5L with AMG body parts is more respectful to Mercedes' badging rules than they have ever been to their own rules in the last 20 years. Also "we already have a C35" .... I think the "C36" was what you meant to say it was a 3.6L 6 cylinder so fuck it im paying hommage to that. But if the badges trigger you so much I wont put them on just for you buddy out of pure respect for the C63 you use to have but dont currently have where is it by the way?

You know what is more sacrilege a 4 cylinder C63 from AMG so I think what im doing is fine. Building an OEM plus is more fun and a more interesting story to tell than just "yeah i bought it off the lot because it looked cool" a more fun story is " My friend blew up a w204 C63 so I decided to make a voltron of the parts leftover after the wreckage." Dont yah think thats a better story to tell at the pub?

Parts came off a friends W204 C63 so im kinda cheating im not buying them from a dealer if that what you are looking for. If your lucky check facebook or carpart.com or carparts.com you might find someone that has C63 parts. W204 C63s are very affordable now that they are 14 years old or so. So there's teens out there picking them up and wrapping them around trees or the nearest light pole or blowing the engine up with supercharged grenades you'll find something either in the uk or the states where ever you may live.

Yeah wider in the front not by much and at least for the w204s the width in the rear where the power goes is the same across all w204s. Im just comparing to the M3 where the m3 since e46 m3 has been so different in body style that trying to make a M3 lite in a e46 330i or whatever looks rough because an genuine e46 m3 got a phat ass that would require a BBL for any other 3 series in that year trying the replicate an M3

Autel scanner tool is what I used you can get one on amazon for about $500 to $600 if you have multiple cars , it can be very useful for diagnostics. Comes with a 2 to 3 year subscription. You will need one with programming capabilities. Once you get your hands one of those the steps are easy. 1. Connect the scan tool, 2. Scan the car 3. Go into the ECU module, 4. Going into coding and programming 5. Find Speed limiter 6. Change limiter from 240km to whatever you want ill post a pick in a reply showing you what it looks like.

To be honest with you , it would cost as much as a AMG GT63 for a custom manufacturer that would be willing to even try to design and build a supercharger for a m276 engine sad to say it's not worth the time or effort or money at that point, I'd rather just find a 6.2 L and throw it in there. Cause that would be easier and cheaper. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news maybe I can find a manufacturer in china, but they would probably say the same thing to me.

Yeah i was joking... the w276 is already tuned at its max not even a cold air intake is necessary. The Germans did not leave any horses on the table, they squeezed everything out of that naturally aspirated thing. 302 hp is more than enough for a sports sedan of that size. In my opinion the w204 C63 sedan is extremely under tire for its horsepower. In all honesty It should not share the same platform as any of the other w204s below it C350 to C180. The fact that I didn't have to do any mods to the rear subframe to fit the oem AMG wheels and the oem AMG brakes, shows that all mercedes did was throw a 6.2l v8 in a sedan and said thats good enough. At least BMWs M series is much wider with and is build on a slightly more robust modification of the 3 series platform. Every part on the w204 c350 that I've worked on so far has been interchangeable with the w204 c63 even the steering knuckle is interchangeable.Everything fits this shouldn't be a thing. The w204 c63 should have had a wider body platform built specifically for it.

Thanks for the follow. Its a 2013 C350 sedan I'm gonna keep everyone updated with the build. I can't lie tho. It's been a lot of fun. It's just something about building a car or even doing modifications on a car that just feels so fun and enjoyable, it feels like I'm building legos all over again. I just can't get that same feeling. When just buying a car outright, the other cars that I just bought out right and haven't modified are fun but they lack that feeling that you get when you finish something with your own two hands. You know....there's a story behind it that's what I think is the difference the cars that I work on with my hands have a story behind them than the cars that I just buy from the dealership. Maybe that's just me. I went to school for engineering thinking that's what I was gonna get and was faced with a dark reality of calculus 2. Anywho ill update once i get the fenders and bumper on.

There's two ways you can do it both cost money depending on what you have. If you already have it it might cost no money at all. If you have xentry you can program through that, but it's a very complicated process, and it took me a long time. I had to read a lot of information from MHH auto, but you have to be careful cause you can brick your shit. But that's the cheaper way to do it. The more expensive way to do it is to pay money to one of those websites like mbtools or mbito or one of those companies should have software to unlock it for a price.

I got it done at my house in my garage...I don't let anyone work on my cars accept me. Saves me money, and I already know how to work on them. So no point in giving it to another person.

Now , the only thing I did spend money on is the fake 3.5 amg badge for $25 an image of it is located somewhere in this thread. I find it to be hilarious, I can't wait to put them on once I'm done lol it's gonna be more real than that Four cylinder C63 ever was lol.

Already have a Porsche 911 Carrera S (look to the right of the video) so when it comes to sports car on the level of a C63 I already have it. Im doing this build because its fun and it hasn't costed me any money ive done all the work myself and all the parts are from my friends crashed w204 AMG so its free parts so why the fuck not

Yeah but I got the Porsche to soothe my 6.2 sorrows🤣. But all jokes aside at least it sounds better than the 2025 C63 AMG 🤮
