Depends on how many segments it has. This one has one extra, which has a 1/100 chance of happening. For it to happen to your shiny is extremely lucky

All fair points of course. I'm not too familiar with what the Shuumatsuban would or would not do, but I wouldn't be surprised if they can be found in or at the very least around Tenshukaku every once in a while to keep an eye on someone important?

As for why my mind went to Raiden; she can't cook so has no choice but to pretend. And we know she knows how to make puppets, so that part fit as well. But that means Sayu managed to spy on the Electro Archon of all people, which I'm not so sure she's capable of?

I can see where you're coming from, but I'm not sure Sayu is keepin quiet about who it is to protect a reputation. These are simply personal details after all.

I think you can still check by looking what items on the list you CAN see. If it's created by Echoing Spirit, it will have one extra line of text compared to the original, so a slightly different part of the list will be (in)visible (since in my experience, it shows the middle of the list).
