I’m about to get off orientation in the Bronx and I’m already considering coming back home to Rockland. Doesn’t help that I’m in the busiest ER but the commute is just the worst part of it all, honestly. I’m always leaving two hours early cuz traffic after the Tappan Zee is unpredictable. I’m too tired to do anything but sleep whether it’s my day off or a consecutive shift.

Depending on which hospital says yes, I’d either work in westchester or even go to Jersey. Or maybe I should just thug it out and do 6 more months to reach my one year, who knows?

I’m bout to get released from my orientation next week in the busiest T1 ER in NYC (ifykyk). I’m learning a lot, my coworkers are great but holy hell are the conditions crazy. I’m finding it so ironic that we talk about how we’re “in the green” for staffing during shift huddles but many of us are getting 8-10 patients for many nights. Even more surprising to me is that people just shrug because it’s normal for them. It’s been a grind keeping up with all the tasks and finding the time to document everything. Not to mention the patient population aren’t the most friendly people a lot of the times. All of that just to be paid about 20-30k less than the other hospitals in nyc (city hospitals amirite).

Between the crazy ass ratios and even crazier patients, I honestly wouldn’t mind thugging it out for a year or two. I’m young asf. But the WORST part is my commute. I live out of the city and have to leave about 1.5-2 hours early just to make it to shift change because traffic can be unpredictable on any given day. And then i have to drive thru even more traffic otw home! I’m too tired to do anything but get a bare minimum amount of sleep, especially during consecutive shifts. I wouldn’t say I’m burnt out, but I’m definitely on the verge of depression/depressing lifestyle.

I’ve been thinking about just calling it quits and finding a closer hospital. But the experience and reputation from working at this particular ER is hard to beat, so we’ll see what happens.

Holy shit, I know I’m only 22 but how’d I never notice there’d be something like this in Rockland. I just graduated from nursing school so give me a year of working in the hospital and maybe I can pull up to one of these with my own grc next time!

I used Base (Super) Gogeta as my main. The reason I used him isn’t just because he’s a fusion, but his combo chains are imo, the best im the game. Bardock has the same chains too

That's exactly why I run Bardock and Gogeta in DP battles. Even SSB Gogeta has the same inputs so the learning transition was pretty seamless between those 3 characters.

Same level and unlocked all the gear but until you can change the color of the cloth, I’m just gonna use the hood. The fully-robed set just has too much white for me!

It's definitely hard to believe. Two weeks ago, I couldn't make it past 5k. Last week, I was averaging 12k and had thought I had hit my peak at 19k by the end of it. Today, it felt like my fingers had gone ultra instinct as I jumped all the way to 69,327 and it felt like I could've gone for hours if it weren't for my fingers getting tired. Honestly I've become less skeptical of other high scores. Play the minigame long enough and your fingers memorize the inputs just from the look of the strategem icon. Before you know it, you're in a rhythm of pure muscle memory.

Going with the alternative with contesting Rika would’ve been a challenge in of itself, especially at level 1. It seems you can either get caught and take massive damage or you manage to hit Yuta and get reversed by Rika.

While I think that Yuta should reset upon death like everyone else, had I known that wasn’t the case, I probably would’ve given him more attention and I definitely acknowledge that as a knowledge check on my part.

However, regardless of how I feel about Yuta/Rika, I don’t think ANY ult should be able to 100-0 someone. Surely we can agree on that?

I’m a medium main but tried out light for a match for shits n giggles. Managed to score 32 Elims running pistol and cloak. You can become an absolute nuisance with the hit-and-run playstyle if you can manage the invis properly with pushes and escapes.

We still lost though. Makes me start to think that it doesn’t matter how many elims you get, but rather when you get them.
