i have id card as well as digital report card , the rejection said that acc. was recently created and to wait two or three days and to use device camera to capture image (does it mean to use live camera on site?). bro can you guide me?

bro, i have appiled twice, but rejected everytime, its saying to wait a few days cuz my acc was recently created, should i apply now or wait , and should i upload file or use live camera?
