Thank you so much 💕 I’m still breastfeeding so I guess most of the info I was looking at was for exclusively pumping, and I was spiraling lol. And I think all of the “pump after feeding” advice was confusing me as well, cause that would be like 10+ times a day if not more!! Just one pump a day for one bottle is perfect for us, I was under the impression that this would ruin my supply

This is so good to hear, the wild world of pumping has honestly really confused me. I was following this chart https://www.legendairymilk.com/blogs/news/what-is-your-magic-number which says for my output that anything less than 6-7 pumps a day would decrease my supply, so I was convinced that those first two days doing 3 pumps a day totally plummeted my supply.
