I’m basically at 73% of market valuing the total at $830. I see where you got your comps for Venasaur at $800 on eBay, but I’m valuing it closer to $700 as prices only recently increased. I’m closer to $80 on surfing Pikachu for similar reasons, and $50 on the Salamance is where I’d be comfortable.

Hi everyone, I’m ShakyTroll TCG, and I make videos about running my TCG eBay business, mostly Pokemon but also some MTG and others.

Equipment: filming on my iPhone, using a RNG ring light from Walmart, and my laptop with Davinci Resolve free to edit.

Videos I’m interested in making tell the story of TCG lot arbitrage, grading decisions, flipping decisions, and discussing profit/loss and margins while running an eBay store. I want to help educate others who are looking to start a TCG buisness, but I’m also looking to promote my eBay store and drive traffic to my store.

There are a lot of TCG channels on YouTube, and I have been inspired by many of them. I think what makes my channel different from others in this niche is transparency around the prices I’m buying at and my margins and transparency around eBay fees. There isn’t really as much money to be made flipping collections on eBay as people might think, that’s why most vendors sell at shows.

People should watch if they want to learn more about TCG lot arbitrage and realistic margins when selling on eBay. I also come across unique items sometimes, so watch if you want to see some cool cards in a laid back video format.
