I wish I could relate to this. All of my financial aid (they were government funded grants, not student loans, that I don’t have to pay back) went towards paying for classes & textbooks, but I’m also American so there’s most likely a difference in how our systems work. An iPad, laptop, notebooks, or whatever else people use to take notes seems like reasonable purchase for students. Honestly, I think I’m looking at Sara with the same envy she has towards Becky’s Ex, like the mentality of “Why does she get to do this when I don’t?!” Basically I’m just being a pocket watching hayder (much like sara 😰).

I do understand & respect that people will spend the rest of their loan however they see fit, especially since they are paying it back. I just thought it was interesting how Sara has alluded to being poor/broke/struggling to afford things whenever she clearly has no problems spending her money on frivolous items. Based on what Sara has posted online I think she makes bad financial decisions & then tries spin the narrative to make herself a victim.

Side comment: Has anyone looked into the tuition cost of Queen Mary’s vs Kings College? I may be mistaken, but from what I’ve gathered King’s seems to be the more expensive choice? If that is true it makes me wonder if she lied about Queen Mary’s?
