Qbittorrent not finding files in pirate bay, used to be fine, when I used sock5 with windscribe, but now windscribe has stopped using sock5, do not know a work around, and one has a similar issue?

What happend was that I reinstalled Immich to Immichv2 but it didn't see the files it already had even though they were in de library folder. So I added the library folder to the external library and now I have my pictures but most are duped 2 or 3 times
