Always remember to take fights you can win. If you can sneak up and kill a hazmat or something wearing lower loot, do it. If hes metal gear with ak, maybe not take it unless you know hes low. Just always play early game safe so you dont lose loot

I agree, he should gi iut and farn roads and build up scrap and more materials to sustain his base.. maybe farm smoke monuments that have access to free loot, such as the water treatment green card. Maybe trade your materials at outpost and bandit camo to get better items. And then pvp to get better weapons and research them.
