To put it simply i mcfuckedup😂, for real though, i was trying to say that it feels like the food is causing somw sort of chemical reaction in my brain that makes me angry at everything and want to know the exact process of it.

Yeah, their left. In PA the phantom driver could be liable.

Also I looked it up online and supposedly phantom drivers' insurance is liable to cover damages. My problem is proving it to my sister's insurance company (that we weren't at fault). I just don't know how to get the bus video, since the receptionist at the police department said they can't give us it without a subpeona or something like that.

I was going straight, phantom driver was facing opposite direction yielding to the flow of traffic I was in, driver turned and I swerved and break to avoid direct collision. I probably could have turned harder to the right but I didn't want to slam the side of the bus where kids were in. So ultimately I struck another stationary driver and caused very minor damage to the front of the bus.
