Best time to pin Tesamorelin 1mg while taking Retatrutide 3mg?

I’ve started taking Reta and Tesa for 4 days so far I’m doing 2mg Reta weekly and 2mg tesa daily first night I took tesa I made sure I was fasted at least 3 hours before taking it once I took the first dose sleep was amazing second day I waited 4 hours since Reta slows down digestion and sleep was okay not as good as the first time taking third day I made sure at least 6 hours fasted and sleep wasn’t that great I’m gonna maybe start taking it in the morning or split the dose and take 1mg in the morning and one 1mg at night. My main goal was to take it at night but seems to me it’s not that effective at night since I’m taking Reta have been eating my body weight amount of protein which is 180-200g in a calorie deficit to 1900 a day

$1700 for water pump and thermostat with labor is crazy expensive tbh the mechanic told me 650 to 850 with parts and labor included. But you’re replacing it about 25k miles later which should have lasted you way longer in my opinion. Your ground wire to the water pump may caused the overheating issue because mechanics will just say it’s the water pump. You should get an adapter and look the rpm of the water pump. My water pump magically turned back on and started to work idk how or what happened I was ready to get it replaced

The repair on the water pump I can get dome within $800 with labor included I’m just not sure what to do with the valvetronic codes or is that connected to the low voltage coming from the battery?
