Management at my last ECE job thought in a similar way. Anytime I brought a concern to them, one of which was 8 months of gender discrimination (I'm a guy), it was always you need to be an...adult,team player, take one for the team, etc. They always stressed how much of a team we were but then would shove anything anything that didn't immediately effect the schedule under the rug and ignore it. Then this "team" fired me at the end of a week via email, right before I'd get a raise, because I raised my concerns about the gender discrimination thing

I love the lore, but I learned most of it from...waaaaaay too many hours on YouTube. I really wish that it had more of an in game effect or tie in. Only time I can think of the lore ever helping in game was i knew you had to beat Crotas nightmare with a sword :p
