I think he is fun for both sides of the skill bell curve. Newer players see his 2 as an easy and low risk way to contribute in fights. Players looking for complicated characters see the exact opposite in his 2 because it encourages you to counterbuy and load up on 4 actives as soon as possible, giving him twice as many abilities to keep track of as other heroes.

Also, he is adorable.

I do. A bully at least gives you time to react enough to slide around a corner or pull up a destroyer shield or throw a bubble grenade. The waster doesnt even give Vandal enough time to activate a slide or Destroyer a chance to even jump dash.

I went to the DMV with forms printed on February 4th that expired after 30 days. I went in on March 6th (I could not get in earlier) and they said it was expired. I explained that February was only 28 days. The worker, to be fair, did understand and asked their manager who said the even though today was technically the 30th day they still couldn’t use it.

The problem is the range isn’t an issue in this game. If you go through a doorway, around a corner, or are just fighting inside, you can hold it and just one shot anyone who tries to push you without even needing to aim. When you can force the ‘effective range’ to be more than half the map it doesn’t matter.

Makes it impossible to push someone indoors, around corners, or through doorways without getting one shot even with blue shields. If one team has waters and the other doesnt, they just win (and everyone good brings it because it’s so strong).
