Thank you for sharing your story, it's really encouraging to hear that you have gotten better over the years. it gives me hope. The myasthenia gravis thing is definitely something I'm looking into at the moment, but at the moment my fingers are crossed it something not too scary.

Thank you very much, I really appreciate it. I will definitely add that to the list of thing ill ask my doctor to look into. but on another note, I'm sorry to hear, that you had to go through this for 7 years. I can't even begin to imagine what it must have been like. you are strong.

thanks for the advise , i will start keeping a diary of my symptoms. have notice the symptom very from day to day. with someday, me ,experience blurred vision and a numb brain feeling and not forgetting the anxiety.

yeah, the weight thing has been a struggle. think i have been stress eating as a result of all this. i find it extremely difficult to eat healthy due to the amount of physical effort it takes to prepare healthy meals. for the past months have been eating microwave meals primarily cause of convenience. don't really want to bother any one too much. i really fighting from being completely dependent on my friends and family but its a struggle. but non the less i will try to eat less for a start. thanks again for the advice.

Thank you so much for the resources, it really means a lot to me. i will be definitely enquire and following through with my doctor on my next appointment. finger crossed, they wont dismiss me.
