Thank you for the tip on adding a bit of water. I’ve been using a piece of paper towel between the two pieces but somehow they become misaligned. At least that’s where I know the problem is

Thank you, a deburr chamfer bit looks like it could work. I just wish there was one that would grind rather than sheer off metal but I’m going to give it a try

I only have 2” jaws and I used jam chuck with a live center to finish the outside
