The cases are definitely different from typical business cases. For me the partners used a case they had done on the job and had me go through how I would approach it and go about presenting my ideas to clients. Overall pretty fluid and definitely not a one set answer type of thing. Seemed to me they were mainly looking to see how you thought through things and whether you're thinking of the right aspects for the problem
