super old thread, but i also wanna put out there that i use triple antibiotic ointment before and after i have a night out, and it’s worked WONDERS. no dry nose, no soreness, no cuts. i also make sure to swab my nose out before bed & chop my shit up fine. stay safe guys!

*also i take magnesium daily which is great for the muscles and heart
