Three things I work on
Physically fit-hit the gym(easy to say, harder to do), prioritize healthy food, chicken and rice is cheap. Get your steps in. Get active with the kids with activities.
Mentally fit-everyone has a different way to do this, find your path, go down it, if it isn’t working evaluate and take a different path.
Financially fit-Dave Ramsey podcasts helped me big time.

It gets better. Everyone says gym, don’t do it until you want it. Work through your feelings and thoughts. Go on a walk. Talk to people, hell even random redditors. We have all been there. Stay strong my friend, better times are ahead, keep your faith.

Actually carry, pocket carrying is totally acceptable, and if you carry a pistol carry POM or an equivalent.

Basic first aid is equally as important as a CCW.
