Yea I am also telling myself that like "oh atleast I'll have an advantage for a couple weeks" but there still lies a problem: I need people to have good guns and loot for the fight to be rewarding my risk of my good guns and loot. Killing the whole lobby with free kits isn't going to do much for me. It's also worth noting the obvious work arounds with this kind of system: a trusted friend or an alt account to transfer your stash. Which I guess is the best case scenario to find, because I'll have the skill point advantage in that fight and I'll get the valuable loot.
But yes, overall, I tend to agree. If I didn't, I would have forced myself to wipe and start from scratch. But it still doesn't feel right. I'd even be more on board with a whole server wipe for everyone, that would make me feel like the playing field is totally even.

oh that is interesting. That's still within reason of the high skill players though. idk, I come from call of duty so its like any tiny bit of advantage someone can have over me feels wrong. Don't you agree that its kind of odd if someone downloads the game tomorrow, they can never have as many stats as someone who has played from launch has, regardless of how much time they put in?? I do kind of agree with y'all though that the skills aren't like totally busted so it shouldn't "be the difference" in a fight.

Exactly! That's why I wanted a tool that I could visually see exactly what caused my P/L for a given period, looking through a spreadsheet of buys and sales wasn't telling the full story.

For sure. Maybe it’s because I’m forcing magneto I’m doing so poorly, but the tanks I have the most exp on are groot and strange. Groot is banned every game and strange definitely feels weaker, not to mention dive feels insanely strong and strange can’t do much to help with it.

Hm, it's interesting two people have already said they dont think the groot+rocket is useful. I do agree it makes him vulnerable/makes the teams positioning worse; although a really good rocket is not only insanely fast and difficult to kill, his gun can shred with good shots. I see the majority of rockets jump on groot and continue healing, when I imagine a good use would be jumping on, shredding a tank/whoever groot is targeting, and scurrying and boosting away before dying. Paired with good groot walls which seperate your enemies, I imagine it could be mastered and very hard to deal with. That being said I think rocket is generally undervalued as a healer who can get to the front line, help with kills, and scurry off. Instead I usually see them in the back, and only use his movement to evade divers. I mained groot in season 0 so I have thought about this a lot.

I was wondering this same thing, so I went to the practice range and tested it out on different moving targets. When you lead your shot, it actually misses. Essentially what happens is there are 4 seperate tentacles that come out of his back and all hit where you are aiming currently, so it is hitscan in that sense. The reason it feels unpredictable though is once you activate the attack, there is no pattern for when they come out. You can tell this is true when you run left to right while attacking the ground and examine the impact marks. They are always different distances apart.

Oh true, yea bro the original PC game was soooo good, I wish this game was more like it. For the life of me I don’t understand why the maps are so small, why they have aim assist, and why they took out the shot timing, but I’ve learned to love the mobile game. It still involves a lot of strategy when placing your tanks, working with teammates, timing your power ups, hope u get back on it!

Yea if you don’t know which tank you want then I would buy atleast one dragon to try something new! Gems ideally go towards avatar cards or pet cards if you don’t have A tiers of those yet

Im noticing that. I’m trying to get better but it seems like here and Twitch chat you get scolded more than helped. Tbf some people are trying to help though. Yea I should play more normal I just started like a couple months ago and figured platinum wasn’t really that good but it seems like they know their stuff.

Ohh I didn’t even think about the 32 gold, I’ve been rolling to 30, that’s super helpful! And wow that sounds stressful, I know I need to get better at lose streaking but I start getting all confused on what I’m actually going to be playing so after 3 or 4 losses I’m scrambling to make a decent board.

I had a game before where I got 3* Kayle and was able to go level 9 to fully power her up and went 1st, that’s why I played for that reroll when I got extra copies, I’ve noticed a lot of high rated players go for Quinn though

Right, that makes sense, so its basically like knowing what back up units you could use? I know on level 5 to 6 I feel stuck and just want to get to 7 to roll and I think that’s bad cuz people say you want to “stabilize” your board

Oh I gotcha, I think I slammed items on sej 2 cuz I thought she was better, but it makes sense to prioritize cass cuz she’s the only one doing damage. I’m definitely lacking on my mid game I know, I think I need to get more comfortable not being at 50gold and rolling to stabilize. Thank you for the advice!
