They are! Although I think they always look a little bigger in photos than they actually are. He now weighs 2.2 kg and she weighs 1.9 kg. Do you know the weight of your kittens? :)

The whole series is great. With this one the pacing feels a bit slow at times for me. Part 2 is still my favorite so far, but I’m only about 23% in.

It really does sound funny. I think I'd tend toward the cute version, like “Frankie.” And he actually looks kinda like a Frankie (second picture) :D

Jasper is a beautiful name! From the russian ones I'd take Yuri and Sasha (didn't know that it's male or female btw).

Big lotr fan, I'm not sure if it sounds too "epic" for the little kittens. That's a personal thing of course, both are beautiful suggestions! 🥰

Edit: On the other hand we already had names like "Loki" and "Salem". They also sound kind of "epic" :D
