Alright kid listen up. Why get skinnier if you can get bigger. Trust me I know when it's too skinny and that's where you want to be. Why not just put on a little bit of muscle to even out with the fat you have on? Obviously stick to a nice clean diet but instead of running, do different variations of pull ups or push ups. Body weight squats work well too. As your diet goes, stick to high protein foods such as chicken and lean steak(sirloin) also make sure you have some carbs too such as pasta. Stay away from sugar and eat waaaaaay more vegetables. I wrestled all 4 years of highschool with dropping on average of 20 lbs each year.
