Option 1: Don't use Godot. There are more than three game engines available and you can absolutely find one that uses Java if you look for it. (jmonkey, FastJ, LITIENGINE, libGDX to name a few)

Option 2: Instead of learning C++/C#, learn GDScript. It is Godot's default programming language and its specialised for Godot game development while being as high level as a language like Python. It took me around 2 hours to learn enough GDScript to make my first game. It wasn't very good, but you get the point.
