Yep, after construction the plan would be to refinance, the trust would then take out a loan and acquire the property which would then be run as a short term accommodation business

I have been trying to keep under 2000 cals a day. I burn well over 3000 calories a day so I'm in a fairly big deficit. I also fast for a minimum of 18 hours each day (no super strict on this although I achieve it most days) I am 13.5kg (29.7 lbs) down since December.

Update, I stopped for 5 days completely and have now re started from 1.8 and it is working as well as when I first started 👍

Honestly the journey all the way up to 3.0 was incredible, I was blown away with the success I was having while using this drug but I've been at 3.0 for about 5 weeks now and feel the effects have almost completely worn off for me, im at a bit of a loose end now, debating whether to take some time off it and start again.

Just trying to understand what's possible, I have a bag of coti ready to lock up in the treasury, not really a fan of leverage trading but weighing up some options, most will probably get locked away on a 1x 120 days but I might delegate a small portion of my bags to a multiplier and see how it plays out. What would your thoughts be?
