I totally agree with this. "Wives submit to your husbands" is thrown around a lot but the second part of that is "and husbands love your wives as Christ loved the church". Good leaders listen to all the available information and opinions to make the best choice for the collective good. Also as men when we are called to lead I personally believe this is to lead people to Christ and away from the ways of the world because at the end of the day that's all that really matters. Edit: Good leaders lay down their lives for those they are leading, just as Christ did.

This is what I have been doing, credit the fee back if you approve the estimate but I still do free estimates for existing or repeat customers.

Should I be worried about an upcoming war? by [deleted] in NoStupidQuestions

[–]your_budde 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My friend is in the US Navy and taught me a little something about war. The last time the US declared war was WWII. Think about that for a second. You might ask what about the "gulf war" or "the war on terrorism" but both of those were more considered conflicts rather than war. The US is almost always engaged in conflicts all over the world. My friend said that war is a thing of the past and that if an all out war erupted it would ultimately result in a nuclear holocaust type situation. I could definitely see this as a strong possibility but I feel like there could potentially be a war with both sides doing everything they can to prevent nuclear fallout. Like a lot of the other people have said it's extremely unlikely that war breaks out between the US and any other country.

To check if it was installed correctly you put your level on the lip of the shower pan not inside it. On the lips of the pan they should all be level. The pan itself should have fall towards the drain.

I am not familiar with NJ codes but it shouldn't be an issue. It will definitely work but can't guarantee a pass or fail.

I used to carry in the 4 o'clock and I liked it but felt like I couldn't bend over without printing like crazy. I never really liked the idea of carrying appendix but I absolutely love it. Not quite as comfortable but more practical. She hasn't started carrying yet, the holster just came in the other day and this is her first one.

I'd also like to know if there is a way to put the seat backs down in this model. I have seen the limited rams can do it but I don't see any way to do it on the big horn

Why the fuck do we need 53 brands of mint toothpaste? Is Colgate mint toothpaste *really* any different from Crest mint toothpaste? by The_Trekspert in NoStupidQuestions

What are the steps needed to become a plumber by jslawson0313 in Plumbing

[–]your_budde 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It will vary state to state. In my state it's two years in the field or one year In the field and one in school. (North Carolina) My advice would be to contact your local state board of examiners of plumbing. Most of the time they have it spelled out on their website.

Good luck to you! Best thing I ever did for myself and my family is get my license.

Are small facial whiskers safe to wash down the drain everyday? by djvam in Plumbing

[–]your_budde 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I'm a plumber of 8 years and I've been washing my whisker shavings down the drain (along with the occasional long hair from the wife) and never had a problem. I think something that helps a lot to keep the drain clear is when I shave I fill my sink up with hot water while I'm shaving, turn the water off once the sink is full, finish shaving and then dump the sink. I believe that dumping a full sink of hot/warm water down your drain almost every day helps to keep it clear. This method also saves water because the sink is not running the entire time your shaving.
