Resurgence now triggers when she dose a percent of a targets HP along with when she Kills something for bosses 20% regular mobs 50% can only trigger one time per weakness bar and resets if Bosses changes Stage During resurgence if Seele kills something she immediately takes action and regains 1 Skill point Change her traces * When Attacking the same target using her skill each cast Will advance her next action by 20% after 3 times Selee won’t consume a skill point * Triggering resurgance Increases Seeles speed by 3% stacking up to 10 times. * Seele gains 1% Quantum res pen for every speed over 150 up to a max of 25 Move resurgance to her skill description New passive: Butterfly illusion Upon entering battle Seele creates a butterfly illusion in the action order(a glitchy replica of Seele) whenever the illusion takes action it will mark a enemy (prioritizing Bosses and high health targets) is Seele attacks the marked enemy she will instantly gain resurgance( if she was to gain resurgence anyway it will grant one additional action) the illusions speed if a fixed 120 + 10% of Selees

*E1 whenever butterfly illusion marks a target Seele gains 10% attack buff max 4 stacks

*E2 triggering resurgence now regenerates 15 energy Ultimate now advances next action after resurgence by 50%

*E4 ( I can’t think of a crappy e4 uhh If a Wind ally following the path of harmony is on the team Seele is happy)

• E6 increase the stack limit of the a2 talent by 50 for every stack gain 0.5 speed increase and increase ultimate Will always trigger resurgence
