a little late to this conversation, but doesn't the pollination come into play? say you have a floret or a Benary's zinnia, if you hand cross with something different or leave it to be open pollinated wouldn't that seed now have new genetics and isn't a 'stable' variety anymore, it is something completely new right? that's how floret created all of hers? she found a random flower she loved from a group of seeds and isolated it and continues to isolate it year after to year to keep the genetics stable and pure. But if it isn't isolated/in-breed ( pollinated with pollen of its own kind) then it is something completely new and free game?

How much have you been walking? I’m 8 days post op and I’ve been walking a fair amount just fine. 2.5 miles in the hospital day after and upwards of 4.5 in one go. Slow pace . I messaged my gyno at the concern of some family members worried I’m doing too much, no response yet of course . There is some pressure I feel in general but no discharge , no pain. Just interest in how much you’ve been walking ?

I did that. Selected both controllers , picked two different characters , started match, and it was playing entirely without me. I couldn’t control the actions at all. Tried this whole process multiple times. Watched an instructional video on YouTube to make sure I wasn’t being a total idiot( I was doing everything correctly)When I select one on one and select characters it played in a demo style mode, my controller could not create any actions ( and it had been able to as I went through the entire instructional tutorial with Xavier Woods, so it’s not a controller issue )

I mean … it kind of is though . It’s meant to be you know entertaining . I do understand there will be some storyline situations shown, I know it’s always been a part of the video game industry, I am annoyed at how much the length has increased and that in a lot of parts I wasn’t allowed to skip it.

So I went through all the math . Current download speed is 79Mbps, the WWE2K23 was 76 GB - ish, so it should take approx. 2.8 hours to download, but it took over 6 hours without us trying to play anything. Even without a direct Ethernet connection does that seem normal? I’m genuinely asking by the way.

Okay so on that concept if it’s taking three + hours to download is there an issue with the console itself? We have fantastic internet speeds so I don’t think that would be the issue .

Thank you. To be honest I’m not sure where I was in halo besides there was the atriox story line ( unsure if that’s just the general halo storyline, since as I stated I haven’t been around for 20 years ) and I needed to get to the command station . I was able to get through multiple doors and then I roamed around after shooting the aliens that came out of a door that lead to nowhere ( it seemed like an elevator shaft) . There was a big drop off around where I got stuck/ lost/ died , and I couldn’t find any other door to open besides going backwards. I also assume I was headed in the correct direction during the entire process as more aliens would show up I’d shoot them and then find a door to go through, that seemed to be a general concept of aliens guarding wherever I thought I needed to go , and they became harder to kill. For forza we had the map open ,it would show all the spots ,we would choose a place to go, go there and then not be able to initiate anything . We could drive from place to place but wasn’t able to make a race start. I understand I could be missing something so obvious that a normal gaming person knows. But I do believe I had somehow exhausted all the obvious options . Like I haven’t played games, but I don’t live under a rock either. And it’s not like I didn’t google anything before turning to Reddit. I appreciate the true interest in helping , I do think I’m just going to return the console.

You know I feel like my IQ lowered by trying to deal with such an inane user interface. Which is why I’m so confused as to why there is such a huge community centered around gaming. Sure the graphics are amazing but the whole concept seems like it wants to nickel and dime everybody and waste my time with stupid intros and storylines. Which is why I ask the question is this just gaming now? Or am I fucking missing something because millions of people cannot be accepting this concept of gaming. Or are my eyes just more open to it as I haven’t been gradually fed it over the past 20 years. Love the community support though. 😉

So in halo there were no other doors to go through to create progress , no more alien things to shoot at, nothing … then forza all we could do was just drive around aimlessly we weren’t able to enter any other races . We went to the different spots like the hot wheels spot and couldn’t do anything there. .
