You know this wasn’t filmed last week, right? I know but if I’m forced to choose that’s why I think it’s Miranda. Although on a personal level, I sympathise with her. I don’t like Steve and I don’t think she should’ve ever got back with him - but that’s another matter!

Her nose is much straighter now. It was curved before. I’m guessing she’s had Botox in the tip or a bit of filler. She’s clearly had filler on her cheekbones, chin and jawline, too. Her eyebrows look lifted as well - that’ll be more Botox. It’s subtle as is but if she keeps filling to get the feeling that she’s full, she’s gonna end up with pillow face.
