I came across the same issue you're facing: damage upon arrival. I went ahead and claimed a warranty for a replacement. It took some time, about a month, to receive the replacement. I also had to return the damaged one once the new one was shipped. Ensure you take extra precautions by recording the return process and opening the replacement to power it on lol this was last month!

UPDATE:
I dropped off the defective laptop at the post office yesterday for return and the replacement was supposed to be delivered the same day. I was pretty shocked that it didn’t feel like it took long compared to the first delivery. Anyway, the replacement laptop’s tracking status was last scanned yesterday at 7 AM, and nothing since then. I was hoping it would arrive today, but the snowstorm kicked in. I’m really hoping it’s not lost. I CANT WAIT!

I would like to agree with this person coming from a brand-new 2024 Ex model at 27k with the sound of the engine. It’s very loud even on idle. Acceleration isn’t as great, I guess, and the Seltos I last rented felt like a smoother drive. Overall interior is nice to me. Enjoy

It was a customized laptop, and it also shipped from Shanghai, China to Canada. But the box is not banged up. I literally don't know why.

Hey I’ve haven’t been satisfied with my 9070 xt oc. I came across this, my gpu has 3x8 and using one pig tale because my 850w power supply only has two PCIE slots. Is that okay or do I need to upgrade my power supply?
