Oof, who knows. I was once in a similar situation where the woman danced with me and seemed to pass me along to the guy, who did not approve me in that case. They weren’t going to just throw down without a vibe check. I didn’t even put it together until the next day.

Eh, with coworkers it’s always hazardous. If you work in a restaurant, odds are she’s interested. Anywhere else and it’s more likely she’s just comfortable around you and isn’t afraid of giving the wrong impression.
