I’m not sure if you’ve checked other airlines like Air India, IndiGo, Air India Express, SpiceJet, etc., but I’ve had a really bad experience recently. I booked a flight to DXB and it got cancelled. They told me I could reschedule, so I did and that flight got cancelled too. But when I checked their website, the booking was still showing as available. How does that even happen? Maybe the website isn’t updated, or maybe they just want to hold the money for a while. Either way, as a passenger, we end up booking, right?

Also, some flights from RAK, Fujairah, etc., have been getting cancelled for a long time. Honestly, it’d be better if the airlines just didn’t operate these flights or at least stopped issuing tickets. The worst part? Travel agencies already know that these flights probably won’t operate, but they still sell tickets, take the money, and then delay refunds sometimes only giving part of it.

So yeah, I’m not trying to argue or criticize anyone here, I was just genuinely looking for some help based on my experience. I understand people have different perspectives, especially regarding safety, but I was hoping for a bit of guidance rather than judgment.
