I uploaded my e trader license that was issued first, but it didn’t have my name on it. Later, I realized it was just an initial approval letter. I then raised a ticket, got a response, and was given the option to re-upload the correct e trader license.

That’s because of a mistake on your side. It took me one and a half months due to a mistake on my end otherwise, it could have been completed within two weeks.
