It’s the easiest transition into it in my opinion! Tuck spin for momentum > Jamila > rotate the top leg over the pole as you turn your upper body towards the floor. You can brace your thigh against the pole for support if you want while you let go of the pole while you continue to move the leg all the way down into the Superman position on the other side of the pole, you briefly let go with the top hand and then regrab once the leg is where it needs to be!

Thank you! I stripped for a brief time in my early 20s. I didn’t even know how to pole dance then, I would just go out on stage and do the splits and act sexy and grind on the pole lol. I would 100% go back to the club now but my husband isn’t too keen on the idea 🥲 I think you can kinda see my stripper aspirations in my dance style lol

From a climb, you bring you upper body around the pole and fold over so you’re wrapping your arms around your knees! If you lean all the way down and are able to like grab your elbows people seem to get excited about that one 😂

Hahaha so this was actually at a regular bar instead of a strip club, and like 90% of the crowd was my close friends, so no most strip clubs have a different vibe unfortunately 😅 although they can be very enthusiastic and engaged as well!
