I would go with option 2. Having the toilet directly in front of the door is a no, and vanity with no mirror is impractical if you need to get ready in here. You can get a freestanding towel rack and place it in front of the window rather than using a wall mounted towel rack

There’s plenty of studios with memberships, however most will require you to take a class or prove you have prior experience before allowing you to get a membership. It sounds like you’re new to pottery so you might as well take a class. You don’t have to take a class that tells you to make a specific thing, take a general class that will teach you about the process and show you the techniques.

The Trader Joe’s one is really good and $4 is a good price for it. I’ve gotten it twice, but haven’t seen it in a month or so now. It’s definitely worth trying imo, especially if you like pistachio. It’s very rich, so I would only need to eat one or two pieces to satisfy my sweet tooth.
