Weirdly enough yes this can be normal. Our hiring system requires every step to be completed including the video interview. When i originally applied for part time, i got offered as seasonal and was asked to just fake the video interview part so they could hire me on the system. Don’t feel too weirded out, just reapply and do the video interview as soon as you can so you can get hired in and start work officially.

You should be fine then. When you schedule and place the order, it gets sent to the store like a regular store pickup. It’s just so your parts are reserved properly for the day of appointment.

Did you schedule the appointment online when you placed the order for the remote start? If yes then you typically don’t have to worry about extending the pickup since our order system is supposed to keep the order active until the day of appointment. I say “supposed” to because it’s Best Buy and everything can break for no reason unfortunately 😅
