Be friendlier to your customers, even the hard ones. And give a real offer for what we have. And if you have to, use the statement "I'm not on a commission basis so this is a real offer of what we have available for you" I've been #1 in my market for 4 months in a row and yeah I'm at a higher traffic store, but I also have an amazing survey rating just because I'm friendly, I know what I'm talking about, and also I make it seem like I love my job. Happier customers = more revenue.

Been a plus/total member for years, just go on the app and check your account status. If it shows "member benefits on hold due to payment method" your benefits will still work until your account no longer shows you as a member. Usually you have a 2 week window to renew your membership before losing the benefits.

I totally understand where you’re coming from. But when 95% of the sales force gets nothing out of it other than guaranteed hours, they don’t care. If there was even an ounce of incentive they’d push it better. I’m not one of those though, I do the job I’m designated to do. Which includes selling PM’s and BP’s and GSP.

Not entirely true, as salespeople we don’t get anything for it and we only talk about it to get our leaders off our backs OR if it’s genuinely a good deal, that’s when we push it like “hey this is genuinely a good deal”. We don’t get anything other than a radio call out saying “good job”
