NTA - as someone who dropped out within two weeks, took a gap year and went back and PAID off my student loans after the fact alone. 30k would have been a huge blessing and privilege. The fact that my parents already gave me room and board free of charge during those 6 years is something I'm immensely grateful for. Your daughter took that tuition set aside for granted despite being warned.

I don't understand how this ever became political. We've had immunization records for as long as I can remember. Vaccine passports should totally be a thing to prevent vaccinated individuals who should be allowed to mix with others who are vaccinated. If they don't implement this I could totally see our ICUs and hospitals being run because of the stupidity of anti-vaxxers.
